This 10-week online course is created in respect of the different layers of human biology, systematically moving through the chains of the body’s internal and external mechanisms.

There is no such thing as isolation. Everything is connected - also in the human body. You will find no weightlifting, no crazy high intensity training or anything else just for the sake of being cool or fun.

Every tiny bit of this course is studied in depth and focus will be on fixing the mechanics and functionality of your body. Because improved performance is nothing without improved health and vice versa.

1

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

Focus on the human fascial system. Most dysfunctions come from fascial restrictions.
First lecture will be about learning how to release and remove your restrictions.

2

CORRECTIVE BREATHING

Phase two is teaching you how to improve your breathing and maximize the benefits of proper breathing in your day-to-day life and when performing.

3

POSTURAL ASSESSMENT

The next phase is teaching you how to get in a standing neutral and perfect your posture. Humans are meant to be able to sit a lot and operate in poor positions, but unless the base is strong enough, this will create dysfunctions.

4

CORRECTIVE EXERCISING

At this moment you’ve most likely got rid of your restrictions and are ready to reset the body and teach it new and more optimal movement patterns. This phase is teaching you how to activate your muscles correctly.

5

MOBILITY

In the next phase you will be taught how to obtain the most functional level of mobility throughout the whole body permanently. You will learn the different sorts of mobility training and how to move in a greater range of motion. At the end of the day, your goal is never to have to do stretching again.

INTEGRATION

In this phase you are learning how to apply bands as feedback mechanisms on your body.
You are learning how to operate within the body’s natural lines and correct even more dysfunctions.

7

LOAD

At this point you are more functional and capable than ever. Your body is more intelligent, loose, flexible and activated. To reach a higher level, external load is needed.
You will be trained in the system of purposeful and functional strength training.

JUMP MECHANICS

To maximize the benefits of power, the quality of the base is crucial. At this point your base is so strong that your power mechanics will improve much faster. In this section Mads is teaching you how to perfect your jumping mechanics and improve your vertical jump.

LINEAR SPEED MECHANICS

The next phase is covering linear speed. Maybe the most important human capability. You will learn how to perfect your biomechanics, so you are faster than ever, but also being able to run without pain.

MULTIDIRECTIONAL SPEED MECHANICS

The last section of the course is covering the most advanced component of performance: multidirectional speed. Perfecting your mechanics in the transverse plane is complex, but nonetheless utterly important why this is the last level of achievement.
