10-WEEK ONLINE COURSE
This 10-week online course is teaching you in depth the different layers of human movement by human biomechanics and sports performance specialist Mads Tömörkènyi.
The course consists of more than 10 hours of video material providing certificate to the student after the course and permanent access once signing up.
You will learn how to master your posture, biomechanics and performance.
The course is in English.
Are you also tired of the contemporary approaches of physical training or do you just feel a need to dig deeper into your body’s potential of health and performance?
This 10-week online course is created in respect of the different layers of human biology, systematically moving through the chains of the body’s internal and external mechanisms.
There is no such thing as isolation. Everything is connected - also in the human body. You will find no weightlifting, no crazy high intensity training or anything else just for the sake of being cool or fun.
Every tiny bit of this course is studied in depth and focus will be on fixing the mechanics and functionality of your body. Because improved performance is nothing without improved health and vice versa.
I’ve been teaching humans in this system for years benefitting countless with extraordinary gains both in posture, performance, injury prevention and general health.
It’s time to get the system out there.

Phase two is teaching you how to improve your breathing and maximize the benefits of proper breathing in your day-to-day life and when performing.
The next phase is teaching you how to get in a standing neutral and perfect your posture. Humans are meant to be able to sit a lot and operate in poor positions, but unless the base is strong enough, this will create dysfunctions.
At this moment you’ve most likely got rid of your restrictions and are ready to reset the body and teach it new and more optimal movement patterns. This phase is teaching you how to activate your muscles correctly.
To maximize the benefits of power, the quality of the base is crucial. At this point your base is so strong that your power mechanics will improve much faster. In this section Mads is teaching you how to perfect your jumping mechanics and improve your vertical jump.
LINEAR SPEED MECHANICS
The next phase is covering linear speed. Maybe the most important human capability. You will learn how to perfect your biomechanics, so you are faster than ever, but also being able to run without pain.
MULTIDIRECTIONAL SPEED MECHANICS
I was recommended the 10-Week Course, which I was first sceptic about, since it didn’t look like anything I had tried before, but I went on. A little more than 10 weeks after I realized how much it had help me. Both my posture has improved as well as my performance, including me being stronger and faster than ever before.
I also suffered from low back pain, which is now completely gone. Aside from my own development I’ve learned an enormous amount of knowledge about the methodologies, and every piece of doubt I had got explained in detail in the course. Hand on the heart, I highly doubt you’re able to find another coach at Mads’s level.
Even my own doctor told me I eventually had the prospect of becoming a “chronic pain patient”.
I did a lot of different stuff with Mads in his course and realized that he looked for other things and aspects than others.
Already 3 sessions later and for the first time since 2016 I was pain free and I’m now able to do stuff that I haven’t been able to for years.
I’d been following MT Performance on Instagram for a while and recognized his huge experienced with making athletes perform better why I purchased his course.
I’ve been extremely satisfied with the course and the results.
Mads is very professional in his approaches and focuses a lot on the little details, especially in jumping and running which was important and made a huge difference to me.
Furthermore, I progressed on all other parameters from movement, mobility, acceleration and so on.
I recognized the results they got and how they really worked on the little details. In fact, the little details might be those you tend to forget, which actually makes a huge difference in your performance.
Everyone I talked to only had good things to say about MT Performance.
Me as well. I really liked the training and the approaches and have gained so much knowledge.
I will definitely recommend MT Performance to others.
After the course I became a better version of myself and know much more about the little details.
I can feel a huge change for every day I show up to training, which is a paramount for performance!
You really get motivated by the structure and approach.
I’ve gained so much of it! Not only I’m stronger and more powerful, but I’ve also gained a lot of knowledge about my training and how to get even faster and more explosive on the pitch!
The course that I’m doing weekly is making me ready for the weekly matches and helps me progress.
Furthermore, it’s a great product to utilize in the preseasons or if I’ve got 2-3 days of off days where I can really go in depth and work hard.
I’ve been so satisfied with the training and expect to continue for years to come.
My own main goals were speed, power and jump mechanics. So, it all started with initial testing to see my current standpoint.
Already after 3 weeks I’d progressed at all parameters and in the end I got the results I came for!
Looking back, I think the training was great, also because some of it reminded me of what I’ve been doing in Dortmund.
The training was specifically targeting me and was very professional compared to other places. I like that we compared data from our initial testing with later testing to ensure performance progression.
Our training helped me a lot on my physical shape and power, which is very important in my field.
Mads is a fresh guy, who’s very ambitious and working hard to get to unfold on a larger scale. I don’t doubt that he will because my immediate opinion from my own experience with him, is that he’s way further ahead and more developed on his training methods than all other football clubs in Denmark.
